Hi there!

My pup and I

work from home

in a quiet area in Kitsilano and he'd love some more friends to play with. We have a

spacious fenced yard

and we're just steps to a ton of dog-friendly parks and beaches for walks (including the seawall at Kits beach or Jericho/Spanish Banks). My partner and I live on the main floor of a house with two bedrooms and lots of room to roam - also perfect for older dogs that may just want to sit in the bay window and enjoy some quiet time. Dogs will be free to roam the house and sleep where they would like; we have a dog bed in one of the bedrooms and a large kennel which we keep open in the living room that can be used for any dogs that are kennel training or would prefer their own enclosed space to sleep at night.

Our dog is a 9 month old Mini Aussie Shepard x Poodle mix, and there is a 2 year old Aussie Shepard next door that shares the yard. We will only accept 2 additional dogs per day. Bookings will also only be accepted on days that I can be home all day so they will not be left alone. I will provide at least one walk (1.5 hours) per day, including a park play for dogs that are trained and social enough to be off-leash at local dog parks, and unlimited yard time as they please.

I've had dogs my entire life and have experience owning various breeds (lab, sharpei, cocker spaniel, german shepard and several adopted mixed-breeds) with experience in everything from obedience training for puppies to senior health care for older pups. We ask that all inquiries are for dogs that are housetrained, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and are OK to be around other dogs. We have no cats or small children in the house. I would also be happy to send you some photo updates of our adventures throughout the day if you'd like to stay in the loop.
