Hey there!
My name is Brittney. In April 2021, I graduated from University of Calgary by completing my after-degree in Education. I have recently earned a continuous full-time teaching contract with the CBE. I will be teaching Grade 1 in NE Calgary for the 2024-2025 school year. One of my interests includes swimming as I used to be a competitive swimmer and coached for a number of years. My other interests include yoga and reading. I also love to travel, so I understand the need to have peace of mind when going away and leaving a pet behind. I had a dog as a kid, however my main passion is cats. I have always wanted a cat since I was a kid, but my parents were allergic. About 7 years ago, I finally adopted a cat with my boyfriend from the Central Alberta Humane Society in Red Deer before moving to Calgary. She unfortunately passed away in early August. We adopted a cat at the end of October 2024, naming her Honey. We are so happy to have a cat in our lives again!
Services that I offer include visits for your cat. I am located in central SW Calgary, so I am able to offer single home visits within a reasonable distance of the central SW area. I offer double day visits for the included areas: Rosscarock, Wildwood, Strathcona Park, Killarney, Glenbrook, Signal Hill, Glamorgan, South Calgary areas. Since I am working in the NE during the school year (just off Memorial), I would be open to providing services in that area as well. If you are questioning whether or not I offer services in your area, feel free to shoot me a message and we can figure things out! My home visits will be a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. During my home visit, I will provide fresh water and food, clean litter boxes, and of course give your kitty some love! With my busy work as a teacher, I only offer single visits during the week. Weekday single visits will occur around supper time/after school hours. On weekends that I am available, I offer 2x visits as well as single visits; however, will only be taking 1 booking at a time during the school year. With my experience of having a cat of my own, I am confident I can provide the care that your cat needs while you are away. Hi! My name is Gina, and I'm located in West Hillhurst, Calgary. I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals, and even worked in a vet clinic throughout university. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently share my home with my 9 year old golden retriever, Gus. I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pet. I strive to provide peace of mind for fellow pet parents and a loving, safe environment for their furry family members.
I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, including senior pets and those with special dietary needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and am attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. 
I’m typically available on weekdays—morning, afternoon, and evening. My services include home visits, and dog walking. Home visits are 30 minutes to an hour and can include feeding, playtime, plant watering, and bringing in mail. Dog walks range from 30 to 60 minutes and take place either in your community or at a nearby off-leash area, depending on your pet’s needs and your preferences.
For the safety of all pets in my care, I only accept fully vaccinated animals. Currently, I am available in the Hillhurst, West Hillhurst, Parkdale and Kensington neighborhoods. I look forward to meeting your furry friend and giving them the care and attention they deserve!

I'm Diane, and basically I would love to have a cat but never could : too many life changes, and living in buildings where it was never allowed kept me from this project.  I have a really good instinct with animals in general and took care of the cats in my family : we had 2 ! Lois and Eva for 10 years but I sadly left them in south of France where I come from. Miss them a lot...  Please, note that I only do cats and eventually small other pets like rabbits, chinchillas, or hamster.

Howdy! My name is Vanessa, I moved to Calgary in May 2022. I love the mountains, road trips, camping&nbsp; and outdoor activies. I live in Bankview with my boyfriend and our senior citizen dog. Her name is Lili, she's a 14 years old chihuahua-daschund. I have always loved animals and have had a few growing up, cats, hamster, rabbit and dogs.
Me and my boyfriend started cat sitting our neighbor's adorable 3 cats. We loved going there to feed them, play with them, hangout for a bit and clean their litter boxes. She moved away and we miss hanging out with the cats and taking care of them! That's why I decided to become a pet sitter with Pawshake.
