Hello! I am currently in graduate school working on completing my thesis. Pet sitting allows me the time to study, ensuring your pet has constant companionship while you are away! I give every job my all, and believe you shouldn't do something unless you can commit completely.
I am able to offer daily visits (1 or 2 visits per day), dog walking, as well as house sitting.
In addition to having family pets my entire life, I have over 10 years of experience providing care for all varieties of pets (hamsters, rats, fish, cats, dogs, and even horses!), including reactive dogs, training with positive reinforcement, giving medication (oral, injections, etc.), and certified in pet first aid.
Some examples of past work:
- Previously, I have provided 2x a day visits to a cat to administer insulin and other medications, and meals, while the pet parents were away and the housesitter was at work.
- I have also provided post-surgery (muscle /tendon tear) visits with bathroom breaks to a young dog who's parent worked a variety of day and evening shifts.
Most recently I have worked with dogs and cats in their own homes ensuring they can remain calm and happy while their parents are away. I follow each pet's unique daily schedule as closely as possible, and aim to leave the home in the same condition it was in when I arrived (I treat your home with the utmost care and respect, and do my best to make sure all you have to do is unpack and relax with your pet when you return home!)
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
The peace of mind we received having Lisa take care of Hobbes was great! She was reliable and flexible. Our cat is old and not the friendliest but she managed to become friends with him. I’m sure he’ll miss her. Next time we go away, we’ll be calling Lisa. Thank you so much!
