Hello -- My name is Katie, your friendly neighborhood dog lady!

A lifelong dog owner and lover, I am a current dog mom of one Labrador Retriever (age 13) and one Boston Terrier (age 10), both of whom I have been raising (using standard positive reinforcement methods) since they were only a few weeks old.

I am someone who spends a majority of my free time reading the growing research on canine behavioral/psychological needs. Dogs and their natures is an interest of mine and something I hope to pursue within formal education one day.

I have experience caring for very small to large breeds of dogs at a variety of life stages, including those with sight and/or hearing concerns, back problems, arthritis, high energy, and territorial behaviors. (I simply ask that your dog is comfortable on a leash and has a proper, well fitting collar and/or harness.) I only walk one household of dogs at a time in order to guarantee each client they will receive my undivided attention. You can also expect to receive a few candid photos of your dogs after one their walks with me, I like to keep their families in the loop!

While I am dedicated to making sure your dogs are having fun while in my care, my highest priority is being accountable to your pet’s health and well-being during our time together. I am committed to ensuring my clients animals are provided with the utmost level of vigilance, care, and attention in their owner’s absence.
