Hello!

My name is Rachelle and I'm a full-time professional living in the Ottawa area with my partner.

We recently said good bye to our 14yo black lab and while our life circumstances aren't fitting to welcome a new pet to the family, we would love the opportunity to host your pet and get some much needed 'paw time'.

We have no other pets in the house and are able to give your furry family member all the attention they need.

We can currently accept only one pet at a time due to space however are willing to explore two pets on a case-by-case.

No restrictions on age or size however we would not be able to host a pet that barks often due to sensitivities with our neighbours.

We both have security clearances for our work and are able to provide references!

We also like to meet you and your pet over video call in advance to ensure we're the right fit.

We both work from home full-time 90% of the time and although our availability may be limited based on travel schedules we would welcome the conversation even if our availability doesn't line up this time! We live in an elevator-accessible 2 bed room condo with tile/laminate flooring and with walk out access (no steps) to the street.

We live very close to a large park for fetch and all the sniffing as well.

Boarding services would include lots of play time and cuddles during the day, 3-4 walks (~15-20 minutes each). Your furry loved one would be the only animal in the home! There are only two adults that live here and we rarely have guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible to suit the animal’s needs however our bed specifically is off limits.

Mornings start with a walk, then breakfast (if that’s your pet’s schedule) and any medications then our morning coffee! We end the day with one last jaunt outside before bed.
