Amogh

Hi! My name is Amogh and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Toronto. I'm originally from Bangalore, India, which is a city in the south. I only came to Canada last year. I currently live in a university residence and hence won't be able to pet-sit at my own residence, but am more than willing to do so at yours. I will also be delighted to walk your dog. 

I have a dog of my own, he is 4 years old and his name is Funny. He is a part-golden retriever, part labrador. Perhaps more than the food and my mom, I miss him as I haven't been home in almost a year. To remind me how amazing dogs are, I want to take this opportunity to connect with your dog and care for them. I have barely interacted with any dog since I left home, and I really want to utilize my love for dogs and being around pets to a benefit. 

I don't have any previous experience specifically, but I am well versed in all the things a pet parent should know, as I have raised Funny since he was a puppy. This includes feeding, walking, bathing, grooming, but also cleaning, and giving medicines. I would prefer if your dog is vaccinated.

I can provide the services listed above, such as walking, grooming, and administering medications as well. I am available at any time with a 2-day notice, but generally, evenings are most suitable for me. If I were on a dog walk, I would be out for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, and mostly near Queen's Park or any other dog-friendly park downtown. If I were house sitting, I'd make sure doors and windows are locked at all times, the dog does not have access to any potentially dangerous places within the house (utility room etc.), and that the dog is out of reach of sharp objects, or electric cables.
