I love doggies!!! I have wanted my own dog for a long time, but we are not sure we want the commitment of a full-time dog, so dog-sitting seems like a perfect fit! We have loved dog-sitting for some friends and I sat for almost 2 weeks for a little Pom through Pawshake and absolutely adored him as if he was our own, so I would like to do more dog-sitting (really to convince my husband that we should get our own!). My husband and I are both allergic to cats, no no kitties, please (as adorable as they are!). We would love bunnies though! I am married to an awesome man named Sean, who works out of the house. I work from home and while having the flexibility is great, it sometimes gets lonely so I would love to walk your pup and have one to snuggle with while I'm working. We have a one bedroom apartment that is laid out more like a townhouse because it has 2 floors, and there is lots of room to run around and play. We have a small backyard, but the building is situated in a public park so there are often puppy play groups out front that it would be a great to be a part of! We live close to 2 off-leash dog parks so there are also great locations to take for a walk. Our building is an apartment, and even though it is relatively quiet, it probably wouldn't be ideal for a dog that gets scared when people walk by in the halls. I am happy to dogsit in our home, come to your home to feed or walk your dog (s) and generally, just give them lots of love. I had pets as a child and totally get "puppy envy" every time I see an adorable dog walk down the street. You can usually find me petting random adorable puppies in the neighborhood! I hope I get the chance to meet you and your dog and give them all the snuggles they deserve. :) Loving caring home with lots of front yard space and close to dog parks.
