Hi, my name is Mac! I'm a substitute teacher and dog mom. I love spending my time teaching, but when I'm not I'm usually outside enjoying nature and walking my dog. I have one French bulldog, Louie, who is three. Being a teacher I’m free in the summer months, so I thought why not do what I love in the summer as another job. Furthermore, if you end up using my services and have a positive experience I would greatly appreciate a review from you!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

For my constantly updated scheduled, please see my calendar. My schedule starting April 1, 2023 will be Monday - Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm. Being a substitute teacher my work schedule is flexible, so if you need services outside of my calendar and scheduled hours, please feel free to message me!

I have extensive experience when it comes to raising, caring, and watching dogs. I have been watching and caring for dogs, including my own, for family members and friends for more than 10+ years. My family has had Old English Sheepdogs since before I was born. Growing up and interacting with many dogs, and eventually raising my own, I have a great deal of comfortability and understanding of dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. I understand how important your dog is to you and your family. I also understand that it's a major responsibility to leave your dog in the trust and care of another individual. That’s why I promise to demonstrate nothing but reliability, professionalism, safety, and care towards both you and your dog every single time! 🤍

Walks:

Each walk will be 30 minutes, and around your neighborhood. If you would prefer a shorter or longer walk time, please let me know. I’m able to walk any size of dog, however large dogs will need to be walked individually to ensure safety. I will use the leash, harness, and doggy bags provided by you, if you don’t have any of these please let me know in advance, so I can bring my own.

Home Visits:

Before starting home visits, I would be more than happy to meet with you and your dog. This is to ensure that I’m the right person for your services. I will sanitize my hands before and after leaving your home. I’m fully vaccinated, but if you wish for me to wear a mask, please let me know. Home visits will be 30 minutes, and I’m able to do multiple visits a day. If you would prefer shorter or longer visit times, please let me know. During each visit, I will refill food and water, please let me know of any dietary needs/restrictions. As well, I can administer any oral medications at this time. I will clean up and replenish your dog’s potty area. Then, I will spend the remainder of the visit with your dog playing, cuddling, and sending you pictures of them.

Important Notice:

I understand that every individual and dog is unique. That is why all services will be tailored based on you and your dog's specific needs. All directions and wishes will be followed, along with an update and pictures of your dog. I also understand that life can get busy, that's why I'm completely flexible with my schedule, services, and cancellations.
