About Samantha
I'm an animal lover and cat owner of a 17-year-old rescue kitty named Judy and a rescue kitten named Michael.
As a pet owner, I've used pet sitters before to take care of my pets, and I've looked after friends pets in the past as well. After using Pawshake for 7 years as a professional pet-sitter, I know how valuable it is to have someone who really loves animals looking after your pets. I enjoy giving and getting regular updates, and giving pets a little extra bit of love while their owner is away. My specialty is skittish kitties as my own cat was an abused rescue who has become a brave cuddly love bug now. However I love doggos too and love to meet other fur balls!

SOME NOTES ON AVAILABILITY
I just moved to the Annex and I'm happy to pet sit within a 30 minute walking distance or on the subway line (Dundas West to Yonge) and (St Clair West to St Andrew).
I appreciate it if I can pick up the key on the same visit as the meet and greet so I don’t have to make two separate trips.

Samantha is very warm and friendly and took great care of my initially shy & territorial cat while I was away on work travel. It was great to see that she let Misty be and adapt to her presence at her own pace, while providing consistent overnight company and care. The daily updates were much appreciated & I would highly recommend Samantha!
I didn’t find Sam to be very communicative Vs other sitters. There were a variety of careless things I haven’t experienced with other sitters (bag of food left open, putting wet food in with the dry food, mess around the litter box from scooping it messily). Will chose someone else next time. I didn’t get the feeling she was as diligent as other sitters I’ve had.
