Hi there! My name's Santiago and I'm currently working in downtown Toronto. I live with one roommate and sadly my dog lives with my parents back home, so I figured I will give Pawshake a try :)

I enjoy meeting people and their pets, and this seems like a great way to hang out with animals while helping me to find some additional work outside of my job. About myself, I graduated from university here a few years ago after moving from Colombia. My close friend, Pepe the cocker spaniel, is back there with my family. Being highly active myself, I love going for long walks and checking out new places in the city. I'm sure your dog will enjoy exploring the outdoors with me and being my exercise buddy.

I'm also open to hosting animals in my apartment. I have quite a bit of space and a lot of natural lighting. Overnight visits are fine, as I work from home most days and can wake up early for walks. There are no other pets living in the apartment, so your pet's safety is promised. I prefer to sit only pets that are potty-trained (so if your cat can use a litter box or if your dog isn't prone to accidents, then great!) pets that are vaccinated are also preferable and if they get along with other animals (this is so that walks are safe).

I also offer drop in visits and will make sure to timely respond to inquiries about your loved ones :) if you need any other services while you are away, for example, watering plants or doing some light clean up, I'm perfectly fine with this too.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a big living room and a balcony, with most of room for a dog to walk around. Don River Valley Park is a walk away from my house, a perfect spot to run and even meet some furry friends for any dog. I'm in Toronto year round so if we are a good fit, I'd be happy to pet sit again for you in the future!
