Hi!

My name is Alissa and I love dogs of all sizes and personalities. I have the energy and patience to take your dog on whatever type of adventure suits them best! I grew up on a ranch and have experience with anything from horses to working dogs to my own little senior dog Tonka who prefers leisurely strolls around the block. I also LOVE cats!

I am an experienced ultra runner and am happy to take your dog out for a walk or run of ANY distance or pace to ensure that they receive the excercise they need. I have a reliable vehicle and am familiar with all the most dog friendly areas around the city. I am up for walks or runs on or off leash and I am happy to make sure their paws are cared for and I can handle baths and brushing and general care and cleanup. I have experience in administering medications and specific diets like raw foods etc..

I am available for overnight and extended stays and will do my best to make you and your pet feel at ease and stick to the routines and sleeping arrangements that work best for them. I have a flexible work schedule that is ideal for spending extra time with your pet while you're away and will be happy to provide regular updates and handle small household tasks like mail collection and plant care. As shown in my profile I do have my own dog Tonka, he loves other dogs and is very tolerant of cats. He will happily accompany me on my visit or I can make other arrangements for him. For overnight visits a pre-arranged meet and greet is complimentary and preferred.

I am available for dog walks and home visits at various flexible hours. Length and intensity of walks and other play and exercise can be tailored to your specifications! Standard exercise time would be 30 - 45 minutes with total visit time of approximately one hour but I am happy to arrange for longer outings. Home visits can include feeding and outdoor time or just some calming indoor company up to one hour in length. I am attentive to the needs of each individual home situation and am experienced with visiting homes that have multiple dogs with varied needs.
