"Notre Charlot a été en pension pendant 9 dodos chez Nancy et sa famille, ils ont très bien pris soin de lui. Lorsque je suis allée le chercher, Nancy m’a donné quelques conseils, elle connaît bien les chiens et j’ai une grande confiance en elle. De plus elle lui avait donné un bain, il était tout propre et il sentait bon. Je vous recommande cet pension pour votre chien bien-aimé, il sera bien traité et surtout il ne sera jamais seul.

"It was the first time using this app and we are gratefully surprised. We were nervous but Sabina and Loïs took care of our furry son while we were out of the country for one month and 20 days and they made sure that we could feel so confident. They were extremely proactive on sending photos and pictures every day. When we came back to Montreal we received a happy and well care dog. For sure we will rebook with them for our future plans.

"We have a 2.5 years old standard poodle and this was the first time in his life that he was spending more than 3 consecutive days outside of our home being looked after by someone different than a family member. Everything went super well, Zhen updated us via the app on a daily basis, sending pictures and a few words to reassure us. Our dog spent a wonderful week at Zhen's farm, getting plenty of exercise and socializing with other dogs on a daily basis. Zhen understands dog behaviour and psychology very well and it shows. He took the time to explained to me clearly how his daily routine with the dogs happened, the feeding and play time schedule as well as the relax times throughout the day before taking him in. He is very professional and reassuring. At the end of the 7 days stay with Zhen, my dog was happy to see me and his behaviour at home was exactly the same as before he left which tells me that he had a great time at the farm and was well treated and respected by Zhen and his family.
I highly recommend Zhen's dog boarding services. I have found the perfect dog sitter for my poodle and will use his services in the near future "

"Cindy a gardé chez elle ma petite lapine pendant une semaine et tout s’est très bien déroulé. J’ai été sereine du début à la fin et ma petite lapine aussi. "We entrusted our dog Mérida to Alejandra and her partner for a three-week boarding, and we were really satisfied with their service. They exceeded our expectations as caretakers.
Since it was Mérida's first time spending time with strangers, we were a bit worried, but they created a warm and secure environment for Mérida.
Throughout the boarding period, they were incredibly attentive to Mérida. They sent us regular updates, keeping us informed about her well-being and daily activities. They made sure she received enough exercise and attention.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Mérida adapted to his new environment, a testament to the care and attention Alejandra provided.

"Martin is the absolute best.
We left our small dog with him for almost 3 weeks this time and Martin took excellent care of our Snowpea. He sent daily updates with pictures, made sure the dogs (there was overlap with other dogs) got along well and played with each other in a safe manner, and him and his partner also made sure our doggy got lots of love during our absence. Also, he is a miracle worker as our dog came back home much better behaved than before :-)
I highly recommend Martin and I will definitely leave Snowpea with him in the future. "

"Fannie s’est très bien occupée de Morphée et nous a envoyé des nouvelles/photos très régulièrement. Nous apprécions sa gentillesse et sa patience car nous étions stressé notamment au début. C’était la 1 ère fois que nous laissions notre chat en pension depuis la perte de notre chat précédent (Martini) aussi pendant des vacances. Tout est là pour le confort et le bien être des chats avec pleins de petites cachettes pour les explorateurs. C’est donc à mains et pattes levées à l’unanimité que nous avons déclaré Fannie comme notre gardienne officielle! "

"Il n’y a pas assez d’étoile pour noter cet excellente gardienne et le très bon service. Anne-Sophie est une gardienne très attentionnée et affectueuse. Je lui ai laissé mon chien pour un voyage hors Canada et chaque jour je recevais un message avec des photos et vidéo. "I'm really glad to have Holly and Pamela as our cat's host! They have lots of experience with cats and they know how to take a good care of them.
The communication with Holly was very smooth, and she also checked the details with me to make sure that she provides the cat's needs (which I highly appreciate!). During the cat sitting, Holly sent us pictures and updates, reassuring that our cat is doing well. We could see that he was having a great time with Holly and Pamela, which made us happy :)
When I need a cat-sitting in the future, I'll definitely go back to them! (Not only because they're very reliable, but also because our cat loves them :) )

"Storm is an energetic terrier so she requires exercise to release it. Tristan had cared for her on an overnight stay for the first time. He updates you with pics and brought her out for walks . I feel he genuinely likes animals. It is nice that he has a backyard too for those dogs that like to stay out a little longer. Storm was tired and slept when she got home so he did a great job! Bonus: It's also great that we don't have to go into Montreal for a dog sitter😉"
