Mia (aka the Duchess)

Mia was the loveliest lady you could ever meet. She was originally a rescue from a kill pound in Ohio. She was very good with children and all the kids in out neighbourhood love to pet her and stroke her impossibly soft ears. In her later years we realized she was going deaf because she no longer reacted to fireworks - a blessing in disguise! We still miss her <3
