About Ginny

Year of birth: 2011
Ginny is a very affectionate black and tan doxie with an extra long and wiggley body, and long elegant legs for her breed. We suppose she is a mix of dachshund and mini-pincher. She was rescued from the streets but was clearly used for breeding and was in need of veterinary attention when some kind soul took her into their car. Because of her first three years in an unhappy home she can be skittish and is fearful of large dogs and women wearing hoods with fur trim. She is generally friendly with dogs and is more far more likely to ask for space than show aggression, her real jam is people and cats. She's always shared her home with cuddly orange and white cats, and mostly likes to be with her people. She can be left alone, but she accompanies her dad to his office every day as the de facto office therapy dog. We don't usually need a dog sitter for her as her grandma loves to take care of her when we need to go away and can't take her.
