"We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."

"Crystal looked after Chico so well and she also kept us well updated regarding by daily sharing pics and updates. "Corey has been great with our 10 month old puppy. Pumpkin was a picky eater and Corey went for the extra mile cooking and adding vitamin oil in her food to stay healthy, which I really appreciated. She also tried a few things to make sure Pumpkin was hydrated. Corey took really good care of her, and they seemed to have a great time playing from the photos she sent us. Pumpkin will definitely love to see/stay with Corey again!"

We needed a sitter urgently the next day, he responded immediately and we did a meet & greet same day we contacted him, and he took our 11 month old lab for boarding the following day. He sent us a link to his Instagram showing our KC running around the grass, we knew KC was having fun...we could tell from his "happy dance" in the grass

"My husband and I left our 4 year old kitty with Jody and Mitchell for 5 days and they were absolutely excellent!
We've never used Pawshake before or left our kitty with a 'stranger' before and were honestly quite nervous, but we couldn't have asked for better sitter's! Excellent communication before to coorindate logistics and they sent lovely pictures/updates while we were away. Our kitty had a difficult first 24hr adjusting and they went out of their way to accomodate and comfort him and make sure he had everything he needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will certainly use them again in future."
